Join us at Boot & Shoe for a warming and indulgent Whiskey Pairing Evening, celebrating the distinctive character of Highland and Island whiskies.

Hosted by Ben Straw of Lincoln Wine School, this carefully curated experience features six exceptional Scottish whiskies, each paired with a Scottish-inspired dish created exclusively for the night, designed to highlight and enhance the flavours in every dram.

From elegant, honeyed Highland styles to the bold, coastal influence of the Islands, this six-course tasting journey is perfect for whiskey lovers and curious newcomers alike.

Expect great stories, thoughtful pairings, and an intimate evening of fine food and whisky in the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere of Boot & Shoe.
